Aditional driver

C.D.W Insurance, without bond for drivers of 25 years up to 70 years having held a driving license for a minimum of 2 years.

Loss or damage of car keys

Mirrors and window damage

Refuelling the vehicle with the incorrect fuel

The soft tops on the 4x4 model vehicles

Any traffic fines incurred

Reckless driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Damage to the underside of the vehicle
We will require the number of a credit card at the start of the rental to cover any costs incurred.

Optional Insurance cover:

Optional Insurance 1 cover: Tyres, wheels, glass and mirrors 4€/day maximum 25€ per rental.

Optional Insurance 2 cover: Puncture, tyre damage, damage to wheel rims, mirrors, windows, car keys and incorrect fuelling 7€/day maximum 48€ per rental.

NO additional insurance is available to cover damage to soft top on 4x4 models or damage to underside of any models.

Fuel Policy:

All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel which you will be required to pay for on collection and leave the vehicle empty on return. (between 40 and 85 euros depending on model). This will be added to the price of your reservation on the day of collection.

For reservations of 3 days or less you will be required to pay for half a tank of fuel and return the car with half a tank of fuel.

Reservations of 3 days or more will be charged for a full tank and return the car empty.

Extras:

Baby seats group 1 (from 9Kgs until 18kgs) 3 euros per day IVA /VAT included.

Booster cushions (from 15Kgs until 36Kgs) 3 euros per day IVA / VAT included.

Baby seats group 0 (newborn to 9 Kgs) please request information.

Deliveries and collections for flights between 21.00h and 9.00h incur a supplement of 25 euros.

Deliveries or collections outside the zones of Mahón, ES Castell or Sant LLuis incur a supplement of 28 euros.

Methods of Payment:

To confirm your reservation Autos 21 require a deposit of 25% payable by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
The balance will be payable upon collection of the vehicle in cash or bay credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

If you require an invoice Autos 21 will require the company name and details to be invoiced before arrival.

Autos 21 do not accept payments by debit card.

Discounts:

Reservations of 7 days more received more than 60 days in advance will receive a discount of 5% not applicable between 25/07 - 28/08.

Autos 21 offer special discounts to property owners and regular clientes of Autos 21, contact us for information.

Discounts cannot be used in conjuntion with any other discounts offered.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled 10 or more days before the start of the rental will incur an administration charge of 10% of the total rental. (Minimum 10 euros).

Reservations cancelled between 9 and 2 days before the start of the rental will incur an andminstration charge of 20% of the total rental. (Minimum 10 euros).

Reservations cancelled 1 day before or on the day of rental will be charged 25% at the full rental price.

The makes and model of cars shown on our site are examples of groups only and maybe substituted for other makes or models in the group reserved. No guarantees are available for make, model, colour, petrol or diesel engines.

Discounts Bookings of 7 days or more made more than 60 days in advance will receive a 5% discount. Discount no aplicable on these dates: 25/07 to 28/08.
